useful breville compact juice fountain guide

I purchased the Breville BJE200XL Juicer because of the many positive reviews I found by typing ‘best juicer’ in google. This juicer is everything they said it was – quiet, powerful, and easy to clean. It also has a wide mouth for larger items like apples and pears. It can juice four carrots at once with ease. I am very satisfied with my purchase – well worth the $100 I paid for it. Out of the three juicers I’ve owned in the last 15 years, this one outperforms the other two; of course it also cost about $50 more too!

I think this is a great buy!! I’ve never juiced before and didn’t want to spend 100.00 or more. I’ve used the Breville juicer twice a day since I’ve gotten it. I have fresh orange juice at least once everyday and then I juice all kinds of vegetables at least once a day! I am very happy with the refurbished model.
you dont get much juice from it,
very powerful,
very good for the price
the bottom tray where all the juice gets extract to could use a new design and maybe that will get more juice out of it. instead of it just lieing flat. why not design it so it would have an tilt to it so small amount of juice would not just sit there or cling onto the tray and it doesnt cost any less or more to design it that way.
4/5 stars
My old juicer stalled on lemon rinds and ginger root. This one has real power and a wide feed saving cutting up vegtables.
I was really excited to get this — my first juicer. I’d been making green juices and vegetable juices in my blender, which was no fun at all. And I was sorely disappointed the first time I fed it a head of kale and got three drops of liquid. The yields from all but the juiciest of vegetables are pretty pitiful.
If all you want to do is juice apples and carrots, this is a good option.
If you are trying to explore the world of juiced greens, herbs, ginger, broccoli, cucumber, and the countless other amazing things you can do with juicing, save your money and get a good masticating juicer. I bought an omega, which works very well, and many of my friends swear by a green star.
Nice smaller juicer, produces a large glass of juice before you have to empty it. Powerful motor easily deals with unchopped fruits and vegetables. Only drawback is that it drips when you are taking it apart to clean, but if you know this is going to happen you can be prepared.
I love my juicer. The fresh juice tastes incredible. This juicer puts out very little (if any) pulp. The pulp can be used for ingredients in yogurt, muffins, pancakes, soup, and many other things. If you have a garden, the pulp can also be used for compost. Using a juicer is a great way to eat healthy and eat delicious food. The only draw back is it takes about 30 – 45 minutes to prepare the fruit/vegetables, juice, and clean. This is a lot of time when you have a busy schedule, and fresh juice can only be stored for a couple days. I have not used it as often as I thought I would just because of the time factor. It’s tempting to just grab the Tropicana out of the fridge. However, I have no regrets in purchasing mine. Happy Juicing!
I bought this Breville juicer after the motor on my Jack Lalanne juicer died, and that after just a few months. I had used a Breville at my niece’s house and liked it.
The Breville offers marked design improvements over the Jack Lalanne juicer. The combination blades keep the fruits/veggies from choking up the juicer. The weight of the pusher and the notched guide system allows gravity to feed most items through the juicer. Bold markings (and no tool) make the basket easy to place on the motor drive. And, my favorite, the meshing of the spout and juice collector traps the juice with no mess. The Jack Lalanne juicer spit juice everywhere unless you manually diverted it. The juice from this one goes into a covered 25-oz easy-pour pitcher.
The three-piece unit is easy to assemble/disassemble for cleaning. It is fairly easy to clean, not that any screen is particularly easy to clean. But, it comes with its own brush to tackle the pulp that gets stuck in the screen. And soaking helps to dislodge the pulp. Because the Breville is made of clear plastic, it is easy to see any film left on the surfaces, so you can tell when it’s clean.
I couldn’t be happier with this product. If you do heavy-duty fruits/veggies, you might want to consider the more-expensive unit with the adjustable speed and blades, but this one works fine for the celery, carrots, and other fresh veggies I juice daily.
I bought this for a friend at work who didn’t have internet access (who would have thought that could still be possible). Well I read a lot of reviews on units for sale and found this one highly rated and very reasonably priced. The feedback from my friend has been 5 stars; she loves it, very fast, easy to clean and not one regret regarding the purchase. Her sister is so impressed with the unit she wants to buy one also. I don’t think you will be disappointed if you give it a try.
I researched buying a juicer for a week. It ended in a trip to two stores today where I got a chance to look at 3 different machines very carefully. I took the display models apart to see what would be involved in cleaning the machines. That ruled out the Jack LaLanne model, since a tool was needed to loosen and tighten the blade each time you cleaned it, which made it a hassle. This narrowed it down to 2 different Breville machines, and one was on sale for around $86, so that was the one I bought. I brought it home, cleaned it and made some juice. This juicer works great. First I put fresh spinach in it and the spinach exploded into green juice which ran into the large cup that comes with the machine, in the blink of an eye. Then broccoli, whole carrots, a whole apple, some grapes, and a tomato. No pushing of the food was required, it just went into the cutter with almost no pressure at all, and sometimes the weight of the pusher was enough to juice the food.
The internal filter is stainless steel which is only on the $150 Jack LaLanne machine, and it comes with a brush for cleaning the filter. After I made the juice I took it apart in about a minute, rinsed it off and put the parts that need cleaning in the dishwasher.
This machine is worth every penny , the motor is over 2X the power of the JLL machine, and it is easy to clean. And besides that. it has a 1 year guarantee.
This juicer has a special place in my heart. I LOVE my Breville Fountain Juicer (and pretty much use it daily) because it’s lightening fast and SUPER EASY to clean. This machine inspires me to juice multiple times a day due to its ease of use. This is the perfect juicer for people who plan to do a lot of daily juicing, and want it to be fast and efficient. I’ve had my Breville for over a year now and it’s still working like a charm.
